So, Who is Dianne?
A Dreamer, A Doer, A Digger, a Poet, and a sipper of tea and skies, that’s who I am! But most of all, I purpose to be a sower, a sower of good to nourish a soul toward hope, joy, and goodness that brings steadiness to the soul of an everyday walk of life.
I piddled with writing poetry in High School. It was a way to eek out the secret buried within that I guarded and dared not share with anyone.
Then, in mid-life-ish, another huge season of life change. I began writing again through the feelz and emotions of divorce and secret life stuff not known by others. Thus it began: the spiritual practice of journaling and writing poetry, without perfection began; a place of a budding intimacy with my Creator God where I was fully known and fully loved without condition. And, it changed me. No, it transformed me. Where I was once down, dissed and defeated, I found hope, help and Guidance in the The Writings and Poetry of the Bible and the story of Jesus, and nothing was ever the same. Those stories of experiencing God became a “Garden Venue” to help others. Though your spiritual beliefs may not be the same as mine, we can work within the paradigm of your beliefs. You do not have to apologize for your beliefs and I will not apologize for mine, but we can still grow together as we find common ground to work from.
Other places you can find me is marveling through the maze of the Creator’s woods, climbing the Colordo mountains, soaring the skies, gazing at the wonder of an early, morning starry night, or gliding across the waters in my lightweight, lime green kayak affectionately named, Daisy Dew.
this I have found: The Gardener of my heart. I am more me when I’ve been with Him. My story has been re-storied And that’s no airy-fairy story either!
WHO I AM
I AM... with you: in the mud, in the weeds, in the storms, in the Weight, in the wait, in the hopes of something more/in the cycle and circle of this life.
why? Because I’ve been there. You may not know me but i understand much
I am...the same kind of different as you.
An everyday gal who purposes to see the drops of sunshine through a bleak midwinter, or a howling storm of summer in everyday life.
I am . . . a story waiting to happen! (You are too!)
I have a ‘right here, right now’ story, a future story, and a never-ending story. I am who I am. And, I’m good with that.
I am . . . because he is the Gardener
Though imperfectly, I start my newest story with my never-ending story in mind.
I am relentless in BIG LOVE! Sow, Believe. Imagine. Grow as Love bears all things.
Seeing you bloom in the process of becoming, causes my heart to swell.
Knowing I hold a someone's heart in my hands, their vulnerabilities, their pain, their worries, causes me to be mindful and take great care in guiding them back to truth to who they are meant to be. That's a great responsibility knowing I hold, sow, power into their lives for good or bad.
WHO I AM NOT:
I am not a story teller of your personal stuff - - - with anyone.
I am not a story critic – I am not here to give my opinion, or narrate or revise your story on my terms.
I am not a fly-by-night slacker.
I am not a cricket chirping a program or a project for you to fit into..
I am not a frog to croak a checklist over you.
I am not a psychiatrist, psychologist, or arm-chair-play-along type of guide or coach.
HOW I WORK:
I listen . . .
with passion and compassion; to words spoken, and to the unspoken words of the heart.
I see . . .
I look through a lens of a Future and Forever Garden.
A story that transcends what we both dare to imagine.
With mindfulness and attention, I care for you right where you are now and come alongside you to create your future.
I tend to you holistically believing every aspect of your life affects your whole well-being: mind, body, soul, spirit.
FOR YOU, I will:
Genuinely care. It’s not something I do, it’s who I am.
Be “safe” for you.
Embrace you and your life.
Help you know, you are not your past.
Accept you as you are without judgment, guilt, or condemnation.
Help you to be, breathe, and believe.
